By participating in the Absurd.website program, you are automatically subject to any rules and guidelines applicable, including those stated below.
About Absurd.website
Absurd.website is art project. We are creating products and web-services as art.
Some of our products are real, but some of them are concept art.
All our site is art.

Absurd.website is provided on an "AS IS" basis. You agree that Absurd.website reserves the rights to modify or discontinue any part of its Services, including any accounts, and to remove the data you provide, either temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without any liability. Absurd.website will not be held responsible or liable for, but not limited to, timeliness, removal of information, failure to store information, inaccuracy of information, or improper delivery of information.
Code of Conduct
In order to use Absurd.website, you must agree to comply with the following Code of Conduct.
You AGREE to:
Adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by Absurd.website in its Terms of Service for developers and users;
Not modify the Absurd.website code;
Not modify the appearance of Absurd.website other than from within tools on Absurd.website intended for this purpose;
Not giving another user your password to access your Absurd.website account;
Anyone found to be in violation of any of the above, or anything else not stated that goes against the good nature and intention of Absurd.website, may be removed from Absurd.website for a set amount of time, as determined by Absurd.website, up to and including permanent termination.
Privacy
Your privacy is critically important to us!
Absurd.website asks for the following information when you apply: email, password, name. Some of our product may ask some more information. This information is used for our records only, and will not be given to any third party.
Absurd.website uses a tool called Google Analytics to collect information about use of the Website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Website, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to the Website.
Intellectual Property Ownership
Absurd.website maintains ownership of all intellectual property.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Absurd.website harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, costs and expenses, including any attorney fees, that could arise from, but not limited to, the use of our Service; any breach of the Terms of Service; your violation of any third party right; and any content posted by you whilst using this Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Absurd.website expressly makes no warranty that any part of the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus free, and expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind.
You expressly understand and agree that Absurd.website will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages including, but not limited to, any errors; mistakes; inaccuracies; loss of data; disruption of service; property damage, including, but not limited to, software or hardware failures; whilst using the service to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall a party's liability arising out of, or in connection, with this agreement exceed the amounts actually paid by you to Absurd.website.
